Test Part II

  • Calculators may be used.

  • show all work - use FDSS format for density problems

Please seperate students for testing. Lab space with stools may be used by students.

Pass out Part II of the test and have student's begin working.

  • Return Part I of the test - tell students they may finish it if needed.

  • Collect both parts of the test at the end of class.

AFTER FINISHING The test GET A COPY OF "MOTION FORCES AND ENERGY" AND CAREFULLY READ THE SECTION TITLED "TEMPERATURE AND THERMAL ENERGY" ON PAGES 158 TO 161.

  1. COPY THE "SUMMARY"  OUTLINE FROM THE SECTION REVIEW BOX ON PAGE 161 INTO YOUR SCIENCE NOTEBOOK. DO THIS NEATLY WITH AN APPROPRIATE HEADING.

  2. THEN, ANSWER SELF CHECK QUESTIONS 1 THROUGH 5 AT THE END OF THE CHAPTER  (PAGE 161). COPY THE QUESTION NEATLY AND ANSWER IT IN COMPLETE SENTENCES USING EXAMPLES WHERE APPROPRIATE TO SUPPORT YOUR RESPONSE.
